Minister: Blacks in learning crisis

Let's see..."It must be Apartheid?" Nope, ended nearly two decades ago...."Mmmm, Colonialism?" Nope, that's an old fashioned excuse, try another one...."Slavery!" Oh man, you are going in the wrong direction altogether now...But hey, if you can't figure it out, I guess there must be a reason for that, and it's got nothing to do with wolves either LOL.

Cape Town - It is only the education of black children that is in crisis in South Africa, Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga said on Thursday.

Speaking during a debate on education in the National Council of Provinces, she told MPs the education received by children in other communities was good.

"We should not mislead ourselves and say the whole [education] system is in crisis... It is the education of an African child that is in crisis.

"The education of children in other communities still remains quite good... we should not create the impression it is a huge crisis and everybody cries, and others scream wolf when there is no wolf.

"The wolf is in African schools, and that's where we are supposed to be focusing our energies. Because that's where the crisis is," she said.

Does she grasp the gravity of what she is saying?

Has she joined the dots yet? Oops, forgot, she's one of the dots.

This "wolf" always makes an appearance when boons do it their way.

Request for assistance:

The boon is dozing blissfully. Should he be awakened some resources from the main processor will be allocated to contracting the eye muscles, leading to the opening of the heavily lidded eyes. At the same time more processor resources will be allocated to fire some electrical impulses in the general direction of the neck. This will enable the neck to wobbly lift the the head to a more upright condition.

This will lead to the scenario that we as white Africans have faced many, many times, whereby the boon is looking at you with that 1 yards stare, seemingly awake but yet giving hints that although the processor is seemingly firing there is no-one giving any commands.

this was our first indication of a potential problem, as the boon series would patiently sit like this for hours, almost like an idling car.

The sad thing is that the commander of the specific simian biped on the photo, specific model no. 41,375.945 had committed suicide out of sheer boredom and frustration 2 hours after the birth of the simian biped.

The suicide is not uncommon, with most commanders(over 99%) of the simian biped type: sub saharan boon series, committing suicide.

Unofficial reports indicate that the commanders find the furnishings inside the cavern that pass for a skull sparsely furnished and the command desk a confusion of incorrect programming and faulty hardware. This leads to endless frustration which culminates in eventual voluntary death.

So today we have millions of the simian biped type model series: "Boon" operating on autopilot. As the higher command functions cannot be accessed without the commander, due to the password protection safeguards, the simain biped model series: "Boon" are drifting through life, only able to access the lower processing levels of information, leading to a focus on the basic conditions for life, which are.

1) Food
2) Shelter
3) Procreation

Eventually the Simian biped model series: "boon's" power generation facilities run flat after an average operating time of 58 years.

Then finally the Simian biped model series: "Boon" joins it's operator in terminal shut down.

We, the factory of the simian biped series model: "boon" require assistance as the model has begun to multiply out of control like true replicators and our self destruction safeguards have failed, due to the multiple hardware faults found on the simian biped series "boon" model.

People have also noted that in the absence of the commander that the simian biped model series "boon," seems to be quite inhuman.

Please advise.
Standing by....ober.

Now for the religious I will put a spin on it. Replace operator with soul.

Erm, I know why the crisis is only in the school of the 'African Child' (as they put it)... ever heard of teachers not pitching for work? Ever heard of lazy teachers? Those 'African Children' don't mind them either, or do they? In the rare cases that they do - they burn down a library or two in protest! Oh man, I tell you - the irony is sickening.
