In Memoriam: Andrew Breitbart (1969-2012)

by Larry Solov, Big Hollywood

With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart.

Breitbart

Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.

We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.

Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.

Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:

I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.

Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I’ve lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I’ve gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.

Andrew is at rest, yet the happy warrior lives on, in each of us.

Thanks for posting, Islandshark. I am deeply, deeply saddened by the news. He's left behind a great void in the conservative media because nobody has the same level of tenacity and wisdom to beat the mainstream media at their own game.

R.I.P. Great, happy warrior.

I have seen this before. The thing is Andrew Breitbart had a history of heart issues.

The fact that Andrew Breitbart was talking quite openly about having incriminating video evidence of Obama's terrorist connections dating back to his college days would certainly have put him at risk. Further odd is the fact that he died on the very same day that he was supposed to release the said videos. This death is certainly suspicious when viewed in this light.

Eugene Terre'Blanche was killed after making a similar pronouncement of having a list of traitors within his organization. Some have wondered whether that was the true reason why Terre'Blanche was killed. The lesson here is to release the damning / incriminating evidence right away & to not just talk about it as it puts the possessor of the said damning evidence at risk for assassination.

Looks like some sort of purge is happening in America as talk radio host Jeff Rense has been recently subjected to a bizarre disinformation based smear campaign [ by former "ally" former Professor Henry Makow ]. Mike Savage has apparently been getting so many threats that he does his radio show from a different studio every day. Rush Limbaugh is facing a loss of sponsorship. Pat Buchanan was fired from MSNBC. Judge Andrew Napolitano was fired from FOX Business. Most of the aforementioned including the late Andrew Breitbart are reportedly on various so called "enemies" lists compiled by the administration of the USA. I just hope these events are just a coincidence but regardless: dissenting voices are getting restricted.
