It seems that if you succeed in actually killing Osama Bin Laden, it is more than likely that Interpol will try and ensure that you are arrested. The fact that he organized the destruction of The Twin Towers will be no defence, although you could try and use it in mitigation prior to your sentencing.
Obviously, you will need a very good lawyer to argue your case.
