Budget 2010 Overview

A good overview of the 2010/11 SA budget can be found here.

Hardly any big changes to report, except the usual small increases in alcohol, cigarettes and fuel, and some tax breaks.

It seems the ANCYL and SACP were both, thankfully, ignored.
