And Now Female Nobel Laureates Want Affirmative Action

STOCKHOLM (AP) — The two female winners of this year's Nobel Prize in medicine on Sunday urged scientific institutions to change their career structures to help more women reach top positions.

Americans Elizabeth H. Blackburn and Carol W. Greider said as many women as men start out in science but are often unable to advance after having children because of a lack of flexibility.

"The career structure is very much a career structure that has worked for men," Blackburn told The Associated Press at the sidelines of a press conference in Stockholm.

Suddenly they are all knowledgeable.

It is yet another myth that women are restrained from advancing, apparently due to family rearing choices, or that the structures may be designed to suit men.

Science, at the Nobel level, is very much determined by intellectual horsepower, with prize winners averaging IQs in the 155-164 range.

What these Nobel laureate feminists fail to tell you, is that the Y chromosome leads to a far wider IQ variance in men. You see, although men and women are roughly the same, on average, we differ across the range of IQs.

Generally, women appear to be more intelligent than men, and there is a simple reason for this. The IQ range that you predominantly interact with on a daily basis, falls within the range 90 - 110. Guess what? Within this range women are 12% over-represented, approximately, perhaps higher.

Men, on the other hand, make up the bulk of the retards, and hence the reason why men are more accident prone, more violent and over-represented in the menial vocations (Of course testosterone helps too).

But, and this is crucial to the truth, in the IQ range above 155, there are 7.5 times more men than women (Conservative estimate). In fact, men dominate the higher IQs.

It is estimated that the male variance is somewhere between 10% - 33% greater for men, than for women. This could result in even higher extremes than what I arrived at, perhaps in the order of 15 times more men at the 155 level. I assumed a 15% excessive variance, and a 4 point IQ differential, in favour of men.

In summary, these Nobel laureates are being disingenuous by calling for an overhaul of career structures. If you want to overhaul these structures, then to be fair some women in the 90 - 110 vocations should be shifted into menial jobs, making way for more men to move up the food chain.

Yes, I have to say that I am very concerned about the egalitarian philosophy that is so prevalent in the sciences. Frankly, I believe the quality of science will be taking a huge dip in the near future.

It must be quite difficult for South African expats to get used to Western women who are so assertive. On the other hand, it's useful to have a partner who brings in a good salary herself so the whole burden of making a living for the family does not fall solely on the husband's shoulders.

Things are changing in South Africa as well. More couples are opting to outsource the laundry and have a char in one day a week so the woman can also have a life.

We don't want to revert to this kind of scenario:

Husband to wife: You haven't cooked a decent meal since my mother came to stay.

Wife to husband: Your mother died twenty years ago.

What you mean then is that all the dumb men currently doing menial work should be exterminated and substituted with average intelligence women.

All male children should be tested for IQ at the age of 5 and the dumb ones exterminated.

Dumb women don't need to be exterminated because they're needed to do menial work and don't need to do be bright for that.

In fact, all bright women and dumb men are redundant and should preferably be exterminated.

I can assure you that until fairly recently a white woman in South Africa with an IQ of 135 suffered double the discrimination of the average black male with an IQ of 67.

Do u have a link/study for the distribution of IQ's >155?
