Julius Malema TKB

Another "do you know who I am?" antic from South Africa's leading black buffoon. Scenes reminiscent of the Gates arrest in America. He is connected and thinks that entitles him to privilege. Stupid, arrogant fucktard.

Harley Davidson bikes, a live band and plenty of booze. ANC Youth League president Julius Malema's house-warming party in Sandown, Sandton, had all the trappings of an upmarket party - until all hell broke loose.

A neighbour, who is also a police reservist, yesterday alleged he was assaulted by the youth leader when he went to complain about the noise.

The party started on Saturday evening and went on until the early hours of yesterday morning.

"Do you know who I am? Do you know what I can do? Who the f*** are you?" Malema allegedly said as he saw the police reservist standing outside his house.

"It was just before 3am this morning when I arrived at Julius Malema's house. I spoke to a Coin Security guard supervisor and asked him to turn down the music. The supervisor co-operated and he went into the house and turned down the volume," the reservist said.

He was accompanied by a Fidelity guard to the house. Fidelity mans the boom gates.

While outside the house, a Coin guard, who appeared very drunk, approached the reservist and wanted to fight him. Malema employs Coin as a private security firm.

"Luckily, the supervisor (from Coin) came to my rescue," the reservist said.

The reservist, who has laid a charge but does not want to be named because he is afraid, said he then noticed more people coming out of the house.

"While standing outside the yard, Julius Malema approached me and said: 'Who the f*** are you? I am the owner of the property. What do you want?'" the man said.

Some neighbours interviewed by The Star yesterday said Malema appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. It's alleged Malema first taunted the reservist and then slapped him several times.

Malema's bodyguards threatened to take away the reservist's phone and wallet when he tried to call the Sandton police.

He said he was rescued by one of the patrons at the party, who pulled him away from Malema and his bodyguards.

The reservist then managed to lock himself inside his car. Malema and his crew banged on the car's roof and windows as he drove off, the reservist said.

The reservist has since laid charges of assault and intimidation against Malema at the Sandton police station. The complainant was today also expected to make representations to the head of detectives.

The Star interviewed several residents of the area. Most complained about the loud noise from the party, which meant they did not get much sleep.

"Malema has been troublesome ever since he came to live in the area," one of the residents said. "(ANC treasurer) Mathews Phosa lives in the area. He is a good man."

ANCYL spokesperson Floyd Shivambu yesterday said the person who made the allegations against Malema was "nonsensical and a pathetic liar". "I was at the party and no person was assaulted. The accuser is mad. He is a mad person," said Shivambu.

Malema said last night he was not aware of the incident.

"I don't know who that man is - and how can someone who does not want to be named open a case (with the police)?" he asked.

Meanwhile, Malema was due to appear before the Equality Court today in connection with his statement that President Jacob Zuma's rape accuser enjoyed herself during her sexual encounter with him.

An interesting errata:-

The kid's name is not Julius Malema, but, according to his exam result sheet:-

Julias Sello Malema, or, more descriptively:-

Juliarse Shell'o Motormouth?
