We think we know the reasons for violent crime - but we won't tell you

Not until they've "massaged" the report of course. Par for the course with these dimwits in the ANC. They treat us like children, think we can't handle.. what? They can keep their research, I'll save them the money. The cause for the violent nature of South African crime is two words: black culture. It's as natural to them to rape and kill as taking a crap. They are naturally savage. What whites feared pre 1994 would happen is precisely what has come to pass. The gates of hell were opened in 1994.

Research into the causes of the violent nature of crime in South Africa has been completed, says Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa.

Replying in writing to a parliamentary question, Mthethwa said the report was still being considered by the justice, crime prevention, and security (JCPS) cluster of ministries and a statement would follow “at the appropriate time”.

The research was conducted by the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation at former safety and security minister Charles Nqakula’s request in 2006.

Freedom Front Plus MP Pieter Groenewald, who asked the question, on Wednesday lamented the delay.

“The cruelty with which some violent crimes are perpetrated is very disconcerting and the reasons for it are very important in order to act preventatively,” he said.

“The comprehensive report must be made known to the public and should not be edited by the Cabinet committee.

“The minister should also explain what the reason for the delay is in publicising the report,” Groenewald said.

Allow me to answer: the 2006 registered BEE "research company" who was awarded with the task of researching the causes of violent crime did not have a clue of what is expected of them as they were morons and illiterate.

The payment for this research, which possibly led into millions of rands was probably paid over to the contractor before any work was started. It took over year to work out whose pockets must be lined, after charlie’s cut, and another to sit around, pick noses and consume kfc.

In 2009 the BEE contractor contracted a white owned company with the task of researching the causes of violent crime at a fraction of the cost the BEE was awarded.

After 2 weeks of research the white owned company arrived at the conclusion that the causes are not related to poverty, but the way of the nig-nog.

The minister is now faced with the dilemma of either revealing the truth or finding another company to cleverly sensor 98% of the publication at a cost of millions. My bet’s on the latter.

@ TB, exactly. Can you imagine if the report did state, eish, munista, our bleks are to blames, hau, we are bad? Not gonna happen. The report will be filed and forgotten. After a while it's outdated and then of course, we need an "updated" version at which time we search for cronies who've not been paid yet, spend a few years "researching" as you describe and the wheel turns until hello, it's election time!

The Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR) is run by the same LW bitch that headed Gun Free SA a while back. I forget her name. So you can be sure that the report isn't going to put the blame on TKB, anyway.
