Take It Easy On Muslim Extremists, Police Told

White Trash Jailed For Internet Hates Crime

It is outrageous that the authorities so openly, and so brazenly apply a double standard. Earlier we reported how a couple of whites had been convicted of internet hate crimes, and sentenced to jail time, yet more extreme hatred is publicly displayed by Islamic fundamentalists, and the same authorities claim that it is unclear whether the law is being broken, and will rather use persuasion instead of the criminal code. In other words, they will do nothing. WTF? It is a disgrace.

We even have our own example. Our regular critic, Black Coffee, has called for the UK, US and SA governments to take a stronger stance with, what he deems to be, right wing white sites. In other words prosecute, persecute, censor, suppress or shutdown. How would he and his ilk determine what is right wing? Easy, anything pro-white or anti their ideologies. But this same individual felt it was his right to continue commenting on our site AND to be a contributor at KILLALLWHITEY. Go figure.

POLICE will be ordered not to charge Muslim extremists in many hate crime cases – to stop them becoming more militant.

Guidelines will tell forces to press for conviction only in cases of clear-cut criminal acts. (If you are white, it is clear-cut)

Officers will be advised not to proceed when evidence of lawbreaking is “borderline”.

Examples of crimes to which a blind eye may be turned include incitement to religious hatred or viewing extremist material on the internet. (In complete contrast to the case of the whites convicted of internet hate crime)

Last night critics warned that the move could mean Islamic radicals being give the freedom to encourage violence.

Some saw the move as a politically correct attempt to appease extremists who hate Britain.

It could even mean officers tolerating many activities of Muslim preachers of hate like the hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza.

Tory MP David Davies said: “This sounds like abject surrender. Everyone should be equal in the eyes of the law.

“It doesn’t matter whether someone is suspected of incitement to hatred or shoplifting – they should all face the same risk of prosecution.

“There should be no special favours or treatment for any section of the community.”

Officials insist there is no suggestion that people who have clearly committed offences will avoid prosecution.

Instead, they want to avoid alienating Muslims on the fringes of extremism by dragging them to court over petty allegations unlikely to result in conviction.

One fear is that some young Muslims are falling under the influence of extremist preachers while serving prison sentences or on remand awaiting trial.

(In other words, because whitey is more peaceful they will prosecute him, because he is less likely to become radicalised. As our blogger Viking pointed out, two standards is racist. If we apply a different, more lenient standard to "them", because "you know how they are", that is racist.)

A senior Whitehall official said the guidance was being drawn up as part of a drive to use persuasion rather than the criminal justice system to fight extremism.

He added: “The aim is to stop people being dragged into extremism. “We are not talking about letting someone off who has committed a clear offence, but where it is unclear if an offence has been committed.

“For instance, where there has been incitement or someone has been on the internet there can be a grey area where there is some discretion and it would be more sensible to avoid going down the criminal route.

”The Government’s counter- terrorism board is drawing up the advice, which will be sent to all police forces, including the Metropolitan, later this year. The move follows an updated Home Office counter-terrorism strategy announced earlier this year. The new strategy urges preventative measures to win round potential extremists instead of arrest and prosecution.

“We need to be able to provide support for individuals who are drawn into criminal activity,” the document says. Councils, community groups and the Government’s youth justice board will be among organisations expected to identify those drawn into extremism or at risk. Social workers, teachers and other professionals will be asked to try to work with some Muslim youths to reduce the likelihood of them turning into extremists. But the new strategy is likely to reduce the likelihood of prosecutions against Islamist extremists protesting against troops. (Indeed, but the likes of Geert Wilders and others, who protest the Dhimmification of Europe are not afforded the same right)

In Luton earlier this year, protesters displayed placards bearing the words “butchers” and “animals” at a homecoming parade for 2nd Battalion, The Royal Anglian Regiment. There were no arrests for incitement. A Home Office spokesman said: “Preventing people becoming radicalised is a key priority for the Government. The police response needs to be proportionate to deal with crimes people commit while reducing the risk to public safety. (Oh, I get it. If whitey does the same thing, then the Muslims will riot, so let's throw whitey in jail. It's in the public interest)

”The latest move represents a reversal of the policy introduced under Tony Blair in the wake of the terrorist attacks in London in 2005, when as Prime Minister he called for an overhaul of the criminal justice system to root out and prosecute extremists. Past attempts to win over potential Muslim radicals have frequently run into controversy. Millions of pounds have been pledged to fund Muslim groups, drawing claims that they are receiving special treatment.

I remember hearing once from Jesse Jackson that the Black Man is incapable of racism because the black man has no power.

I wonder what his excuse is now, considering ObamaGod the Exalted and Annointed One is enthroned in the White House.

Bullshit, pure and simple.

@RT
did he say that?
so he thinks racism has to be about having a big party and not inviting you? I thought it was about plain old hatred.
This post is shocking, I am really appalled by this cowardice. And that bunch of evil fuckers in the pics really makes me angry.

Political correctness and the Marxist school of thought. As Yuri Bezmenov said - You can throw facts at a liberal but they are so brainwashed that they cannot see the reality.

@Anon (the first one)
ultimately it will backfire on the Islamic invaders, who will experience a massive backlash.

Viking: Yes, he indeed said that.

Those trawlers and purveyors of porn at KILLALLWHITEY have changed the name of their anti-white blog to Shut up Whitey.

BTW, if you scream back at Rooster on his own blog he goes all flaky and threatens to unleash Julius Malema on you and/or rants about the high odds of his getting a brain aneurisym and keeling over dead.

And yes, you were right, there's two of them.

@ Dach, not much longer before their blog becomes "Praise whitey!" Hehe

Just to set the record straight, perhaps I should have explained this better: I do not favor regulating, shutting, prosecuting sites merely for stating an alternative opinion or taking an alternative perspective to the so-called "politically correct" stance. This blog was not at all what I had in mind in fact. I was thinking of the more hateful sites, like SAS and Stormfront, and even on SAS it is not the postings themselves but some of the comments which call for violence and bloodshed. I think the latter crosses the line. As for Muslim extremists, I am aware they have sites which call for violence and in my opinion those should be prosecuted also. The problem, as I understand it, is many of the latter are in Arabic and few people in the West, at least in US, read or speak Arabic.
Dach - indeed Rooster did change name of blog, I think the new name is rather funny (shutupwhitey) as opposed to killallwhitey. The latter was supposed to be a satire of whites' worst fears, but it apparently offended or ticked off quite a few people. For me, the reason I check this blog is to find out bad news going on in SA. Then I check Rooster's blog which tried to put the bad news into some perspective and he does it with statistical evidence.

BC, I check the main stream media to see the bad news then I check 'I luv SA', which puts the bad news into some perspective. This is done with statistical evidence.

Black Coffee said...

Actually,FE I have not seen too many bad news in mainstream press lately, and I check IOL, News24 and the Times sites regularly. Unfortunately, I do not read Afrikaans. Do you agree with some moderators on SAS that SA's mainstream (English language) media is deliberately not reporting on the amount of crime?
