There’s this belief among WN’s that Scandinavians are the world’s greatest people, up to whom we should look up. I have no problem with Scandinavians, but the world’s greatest? Really? The world’s most liberal? Maybe. Most socialist? Probably. But greatest?
They have the highest out-of-wedlock birthrates of all non-blacks, and have completely surrendered to the Third World (read Fjordman). Let’s also remember who led the charge against the Afrikaners. Yes, it’s those pinnacles of whiteness.
My vote for the world’s great people would be the Dutch.
They have the highest IQ after Ashkenazi Jews. But unlike the Jews, they can play sports (mostly soccer) very, very well. (The Dutch are the world’s tallest people.)
They also produced a tremendous amount of art (Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and many others.)
They had a great empire and their country was the world’s trade center for centuries. (Here’s a list of famous Dutch people.)
Netherlands can allow prostitution and light drugs without the population going crazy precisely because the Dutch can control themselves.
And most importantly, the Dutch (and their Dutch-speaking, identical-DNA Flemish brothers) actually fight back against the Islamic invasion. Whether it’s Geert Wilders or Pim Fortyun or Peter De Winter, we constantly here the Dutch and Flemish fighting back.
This is not to say that the Dutch are some perfect symbol. A lot of criticism can be leveled against them, just as about all others. But they seem to be good at a lot of things: intelligence, athleticism, nationalism, etc. They are also reasonably attractive, especially the men. (When it comes to appearance, I would say that East Europeans are the most attractive, and I find that most men generally agree with me. East Europeans are close to Scandinavians, but fewer of their women are “butch”.)
I realize that it may be improper to talk of the superior people. I do feel a little ridiculous doing it, but I’ve seen statements about the superiority of the Scandinavians repeatedly, and it doesn’t ring true to me.

The Dutch have an opinion on anything and everything and they talk and talk and talk. You ask yourself later what they were actually talking about and you come up with zilch. Some of them even sound like Greg Berchenko. But most of them are sussed out. ("What are you trying to make me wise? I am also not from yesterday." Just kidding, they speak better English than that.) The Dutch are basically tall Germans with a different language and a better sense of humour.

Just a quick reminder: the Boer people & also most Afrikaners are not of Dutch descent as they are from the German / Frisian / Danish & French Huguenots that the Dutch elites sent to the Cape. The erroneous notion of Dutch origins was one of the main pillars used by the old Broederbonder establishment [ just the old establishment? ] aimed at destroying the identity of the Boers in particular.
Won't get any arguments from me nor my wife. I arrived here in RSA 53 years ago from the Netherlands as a 13 year old, I don't have a Dutch accent, my wife still thinks I am the best looking dude around, I stand accused of having a dry witty sense of humour and I used to be over 6 feet tall. The Dutch have difficulty understanding Afrikaans if it is spoken at high speed like they do here in the Cape. Dachshund, you are right they have a very strong opinion about everything, and they consider themselves a bit superior. I have only been back there once and was very glad to be back here in SA (that was way back in 1975 though, not so sure now).
Naw, I don't agree. As a Dutch woman, I can tell you that we are just a big pain in the butt to most of our neighbours. As as far as the war against Islam is concerned, sorry but we are at the losing end of that fight... It's true though that our men are gorgious and also great husbands and fathers. They're a laid-back bunch of guys and our cops are good too. But superior? No way. Otherwise we wouldn't be voting for all those wankers who run our parliament.
I happen to be Dutch myself. My parents used to remark that it was a pity the Afrikaners had deteriorated from being stupid but honest to stupid and dishonest. Afrikaners were quite aware of this opinion of themselves and retaliated by calling the Dutch kaaskoppe and Hollangs and pestering them to give up their Dutch passports. As a result most Dutch kids went to English medium schools. Of course over the years a lot of the Dutch did marry Afrikaners, but didn't throw away their Dutch passports.
I don't know about any of this because I'm of Irish decent... But I do know when I was in Europe back in the 80's (fee 10 tour hosted by the US Army) the most ignorant and self centered people I met were the French.
But I do know that I could pass a Dutch driving test ;)

Talking of ancient history: the Dutch were really just as pretentious as the Afrikaners and English.
I luv the Dutchies! (or at least their descendants in SA) We used to have royal fights with the Afrikaans kids in SA when I was a kid. Rooinek (me) vs the dutchies (all my neighbours). But in the end I hung out with them, learnt their lingo and became part of them.

David Icke only popularized that theory based on the numerous unsolicited accounts he said he was receiving from different folks around the world during the 1990s but interestingly that hypothesis has been around for quite some time [ first promoted by a John Rhodes prior ] even purportedly part of some ancient peoples' legends. I first heard about it back in around 1990 on an alternate radio program.
BTW. I was in no way "referencing" him as the document was written by an anonymous person. [ Which is not good in itself but it was not authored by Icke ] Icke's website just so happened to be the place that was hosting it & I felt that this document should be referenced just to illustrate what many people [ from Theuns Cloete of Boervolk Radio to Dan Roodt of PRAAG ] have been saying for years: namely that the old Broederbond is STILL running things from behind the scenes.
When the National Party disbanded & openly joined the ANC in 2005 this only appeared to confirm or certainly strengthen the long running suspicion. At any rate folks like David Icke are essentially on our side & the side of freedom & remember he was among the FIRST to expose the Mandela Myth & was how I first made aware of him about a decade ago now. He has also to his great credit been hosting articles which expose the genocide taking place against South Africans of all races.
For all his quick endorsement of the unsubstantiated Reptilian Hybrid Elite Hypothesis [ which is interestingly ALSO supported by Mike Smith's "favourite Zulu author Credo Mutwa ] I still have to commend Mr Icke for being brave [ on a number of topics ] for pointing out the fact that Mandela is a monumental hoax because he was just the "fig leaf" [ to quote what Christopher Hitchens said about Mandela - no I am not endorsing Hitchens either just pointing out a quote he made ] to cover for the repression he was chosen to administer.

I am a 12th/13th generation South African with predominantly Flaamse (Flemish) roots on my fathers side. Along with that is a large smattering of Dutch, a cupful of German, a little French, a touch of Russian, some Irish, a pinch of Welsh, and a half-tot of English.
I consider myself to be a boer. As you can see, my heritage is of the tribes of Israel.
Look into your bloodlines, there is often something interesting to find. It is strange that today my children go to an English school (I am planning on leaving the land of my fathers) and we now speak English at home, after my forefathers kicked the shit out of them.
Am I a traitor, or am I acting in the best interests of the generation to follow?

No, you're not a traitor. I also consider myself a Boer - yet I live in UK now. Some of my forefathers also fought against the Empire. Generations of farmers too.
People referring to others as traitors because they seek greener pastures elsewhere mostly for the sake of their children, either don't have children themselves or are just pissed off because they don't have the option.
I once asked my son (now 18) when he was around 14 if he wanted to move back. He does after all have all of his grandparents and many friends in SA. He is extremely proud of his Afrikaans and his heritage. He told me that I could go back if I wanted, he is staying where he is.

Hi Anon. The Boers are indeed a rich composite of various roots. There is always ancestry in there that often surprises folks. The Boer people are the descendents of the nomadic migrating pastoralists of the northern & eastern Cape frontier who broke all ties to Europe & trekked inland starting in the late 1600s & throughout the 1700s who were first just known as Trekboers before later just being called Boers. If one has ancestors who were part of that group are to those who were assimilated into the group [ like many English / Scottish / Portuguese / Irish even a few Americans ] then one would generally be a Boer though some Boers have also been assimilated into the English speaking group & often no longer consider themselves to be Boers. Sorry for this tedious history lesson here which many of the regular readers probably know quite well now. But I relate this for the benefit of Westerners & others who often know next to nothing about the Boers or believe a lot of mythologies because one Westerner once tried to tell me that "all farmers are Boers because boer means farmer". To which I replied & point out here for the benefit of those Westerners who might not yet know: the term boer started out to describe the trekking pastoralists BUT this term soon TRANSCENDED its original meaning for "farmer" because it is applied to a specific branch of White Afrikaans speakers whose ancestors developed on the Cape frontiers & into a discernible nation. Which is one of the main things Westerners often do not realize: the Boers are not just a class of White folk but are a nation.
