The civil rights initiative AfriForum today lodged complaints on behalf of a member of the public, Joe Wilkinson, against a member of the South African Police Service (SAPS) with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) and Independent Complaints Directorate (ICD), after the member threatened Wilkinson with a fire-arm and said that his "iron shoots whites too".
Wilkinson turned to AfriForum for help as he did not receive support from the SAPS in this matter. The event occurred in Delmas after a traffic accident involving a taxi. The SAPS-member, who allegedly was under the influence of alcohol at the time, and was not identified as member of the police, blocked the only lane open to traffic after the accident with his vehicle.
Wilkinson asked the member, who was speaking to the people on the scene from inside his vehicle, to move his vehicle, as it was obstructing the traffic. The member then started shouting at Wilkinson and after pulling his vehicle off the road, charged at Wilkinson with a 9mm pistol in his hand. He made several remarks to Wilkinson, including "my iron also shoots whites".
Wilkinson then rushed to the Delmas Police Station to report the incident. According to Nantes Kelder, Head of Community Safety of AfriForum, it is disturbing to note that the SAPS-member simply continued with his threats against Wilkinson at the police station.
At one stage, Wilkinson even had to hide between vehicles on the premises of the police station. No worthwhile effort was made to calm the member - the station commissioner allegedly only told the member to go home and sleep.
Kelder in addition stated that these actions of a member of the SAPS is totally unacceptable and amounts to an abuse of power, as well as racism, both of which seem to be on the increase amongst members of the police service.
Kelder also condemned the actions of the station commissioner and said that the member should have been arrested immediately. He was even allowed to drive while being under the influence of alcohol, which is equally unacceptable.
Wilkinson now fears for his life after the member's vehicle has been seen driving past his home several times. Kelder also asked for the matter to be investigated by an independent investigator.
It is not in the interest of justice for the matter to be investigated by a member of the Delmas investigating unit. According to Kelder, one of the reasons for the growing number of complaints about the abuse of power and racism against members of the SAPS is the fact that there is a complete lack of leadership within the SAPS.
"The fact that we still have to make do with an acting National Commissioner, is neither in the interest of the SAPS, nor justice. The only way in which a degree of trust in the SAPS can be restored, is if more stringent action were to be taken against members who make themselves guilty of an abuse of power and racism," Kelder said.

The munt cops who are generally corrupt and extensively regarded as being useless arseholes are feeling the stress every black in the country feels. This is essentially the feeling that they are generally too shit scared of a handful of almost unarmed boers to do what they want to do. This leads to dissonance, causing stress which leads to this mini-chimpout-TKB.
It is simple. The K4s on the front-line have seen the rise of crime after the whites were booted out of the force. They see the increase in unemployment, grime, and hopelessness and this all creates a huge feeling of inadequacy, hence the intense outbursts of vilification and hatred against the people who they all but admit are their betters.
When the K4 recognises and submits to his true place in the grand scheme of things as a "hewer of wood" and "a drawer of water", all this TKB will end because they will finally be at peace, and the great white baas will once more look after his errant children.
But because they will never admit to this... The chimpout and total destruction will eventually come to a city near you. The country is simply returning to the mindless chaos and savage simplicity from which it was dragged kicking and screaming into the modern world by our forefathers.
The munts simply do not have the intellect or ability to run a modern nation state and are so unwaveringly doomed to destroying it in an attempt to bring the world around them into that state of "bliss" that they do understand... Ie: No roads, no power, no houses, no jobs, no whites, no medical care, no nothing...
Blacks need a strong man to lead them, they do not like weak leaders, or democrazy as it just leads to chimpout coz no one is fucking the cat.

The only time they pretend to be "civilised" is when the begging bowl is being passed around the white west for another handout.
