I'll leave you with this for the weekend. Whatever you feel about the politics of the country, the land, the culture is special and worth fighting for. Of that I am 100% sure. Have to agree Doberman.
Life is about trade offs.
If you marry a great wife you have all the great advantages of a companion. But you have to leave the other million hot chicks alone.
If you buy an X5, you have a lot less money to blow on actually using it to 4x4.
If you go out to dinner you can have that great tasting 500g T bone or the crappy salad without the kilojoules.
You take that high paying job with the extra perks, and you have to deal with a lot more crap and stress.
South Africa is great and truly beautiful but there are no trade offs for the safety of my family.
